The 28th season opened for the Chorale with the performance of Franz Schubert's MASS no. 2 in G major. The Bountiful String Quartet, along with our pianist, Ms Velma Tyson, joined the Chorale to performed a truly wonderful piece of music from 1815 by a composer but 18 years old. After the intermission, the Chorale was priviledged to have in the audience Dana Mengel of Independence as the Chorale sang music that he composed.
